Customer service
Email info@thevictorious.online, call +1 719 468-7545, use our contact form, or write to 26646 County Road 24, La Junta, CO 81050. For transaction questions, provide the date, amount, and donor name or email, but never send complete card details.
Returns and physical goods
The church does not currently sell physical goods through this website, so no return process applies. If merchandise is offered in the future, the item-specific return window, condition requirements, shipping responsibility, exclusions, and instructions will be displayed before purchase.
Donation refunds and disputes
Charitable gifts are generally final. We will review requests involving duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges. Contact customer service promptly with transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank or processor timing may vary. This process does not limit rights available under applicable law or through your payment provider.
Cancellation
One-time gifts cannot be canceled after processing and are handled under the refund policy. When recurring giving becomes available, donors may cancel future charges through the payment provider’s account tools or by contacting us before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund previously processed gifts.
Campaign designations
We make reasonable efforts to honor a donor’s selected campaign. If a project is fully funded, no longer feasible, or cannot lawfully receive the funds, the church may apply the gift to a closely related ministry purpose or an area of greatest need, as permitted by law. Campaign photography is illustrative of the ministry purpose.
Legal and export restrictions
Use of the site and any giving service must comply with applicable United States laws, sanctions, payment-network rules, and Colorado law. The site currently offers no controlled goods, technology, or export services. We may decline or reverse a transaction when required by law, a financial institution, or a payment processor.
Promotions and matching gifts
No sweepstakes, raffles, discounts, or donation-matching promotions are currently offered. Any future promotion will include its eligibility, dates, sponsor, limitations, and other material terms where it is presented. Employer matching programs are governed by the employer’s rules.
Website and giving terms
Content is provided for general ministry information and may change. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content. Third-party payment services will have their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by Colorado law.
